So, we must be remain vigilant in containing costs while ensuring effectiveness and then measuring the tangible affect every motivational initiative has on achieving specific business objectives. So, what really motivates people? How can the impact be measured? And, what can you do about it? To discuss these and other questions you may have, we are pleased to have Patti Pagels, Sr. Director of Strategic Planning at Carlson Marketing, as our featured speaker. Flying in from Minneapolis to meet with us, Patti brings over 28 years of industry experience with her, the last 19 of which have been spent with Carlson Marketing.
